Why was my card declined?
In most instances when a card is declined, we are unable to see the reason. However, sometimes an error message that you see on the screen may help us solve the issue for you.
If you've had a transaction decline, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We may be able to give you other links to try your purchase.
I was charged but did not receive anything
We apologize for your inconvenience.
Please note that once you have successfully purchased a program from PRS Relationship, you should receive:
- An invoice for your purchase
- Instructions on how to access
If you have not received any of these in your email inbox, please make sure that they are not in your Spam folder.
If not, please send an email request to email@example.com including the following:
- The name and email you used for the purchase
- The last 4 digits of your credit card
We will get back to you within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays) with instructions on how to access your programs.
Can I purchase without a credit card?
Although we are working on getting more payment methods available for our customers at PRS Relationship, we currently only accept payments through most Credit Cards/Debit Cards and Paypal.

I don't recognize the charges from PRS Relationship
If you do not recognize charges that appear on your statement, or you receive an email for purchases that you did not authorize, please contact Support immediately with the subject line Billing or Membership Cancelation at email@example.com
Cancelations are done automatically after we receive your request and you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
How can I get a refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with our coaching simply send us an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel my paid membership?
To cancel your PRS Relationship Membership subscription (which you can do so at any time), please log in to your account in https:/prsrelationship.com/ and go to My Account.
Within the page, select My Subscriptions and it should redirect you to a page where there's an option to End Relationship Membership & Benefits.
If you see no option to do the instructions above, you can also cancel your paid membership by simply sending us an email request to email@example.com including the following:
- Membership Cancelation as the subject.
- Include either Email or Order ID used for your initial purchase.
Cancelations are done automatically and you will receive a cancelation confirmation for the membership linked to that initial product within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
And no worries, we will take into account the time you send this email as your cancelation request, in case your trial is about to expire.
How will the charges appear on my card?
The charges will appear discreetly on your card statement as PR SOLUTION. Although the descriptor may vary depending on which biller the transaction is processed.
